I am Lavelle Bogan (coach Bogan) 
I am a seasoned coach with a passion for developing young athletes into champions on and off the field. A standout linebacker at Renton High School, I was named All-State, showcasing my skills and dedication to the sport. With over 10 years of coaching experience, I have worked with several teams, including the Benson Bruins, 253 Spartans, Federal Way Hawks, and Pacific Highway Chargers, where I have served in various capacities, including head coach and defensive coordinator.
My coaching philosophy is built on the principles of discipline, hard work, and fundamentals. I believe that football is more than just a game - it's a platform for teaching life lessons that will benefit my players long after their playing days are over. With a strong emphasis on character development, I take pride in helping kids learn the lessons of life through football.

Hello! I’m Desiree (Hennings) Kier, proud to serve as the Cheer Director and Administrative Lead for Jr. Pirates Youth Football & Cheer. I’m passionate about youth sports and community growth, and honored to support our renewed commitment to empowering young athletes.
I oversee the Jr. Pirates Cheer Program, working closely with coaches, parents, and our outstanding athletes to foster a fun, disciplined, and inclusive environment. Behind the scenes, I manage the operations that keep our organization running smoothly and efficiently.
With over 20 years of experience as a nonprofit financial leader in King County, I bring expertise in budgeting, operations, and accountability, ensuring our program remains transparent, sustainable, and poised for growth.
My mission is straightforward: to ensure that every child in our program feels supported, challenged, and celebrated. I lead with a focus on structure, spirit, and personal growth—creating a space where young athletes thrive, build confidence, and learn teamwork.
I’m proud to be part of a program that provides our youth with a strong foundation, both on the sidelines and as they navigate through life.
